His journey began as an apprentice, steadily rising through the ranks to become the Sales & Operations Regional Director for the second-largest regional business in Europe within Volvo AB.

Peter’s approach is hands-on and collaborative. He works closely with business owners and their senior teams, leveraging his insights, and has supported over fifty businesses in Cumbria.
