As Managing Director, I oversee all areas of the business, driving growth, scale, and innovation. I’ve built a successful business, celebrating its 10-year milestone in 2024, by applying the values learned from my experience working for both small local and larger national family-owned businesses.

With over 37 years of experience working with customers, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to deliver excellent service—from initial discovery through to after-sales support. My ability to understand people has helped me create a strong team, while I continue to use IT to remove barriers and achieve business owners’ goals. I am skilled in strategic planning and proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Windows, Mac, and using AI in creating co-pilots for business owners and their teams.

I hold an AAT qualification and a CompTIA certification. My approach is always centred around understanding customer needs and matching solutions as closely as possible. With every change or implementation, I ask myself, ‘Is this right for the customer? I make sure the language and complexity are tailored to their level of understanding Will they understand it?’. I remain brave and tenacious in addressing pushbacks, using my experience to ensure that the best solution is delivered.

I love traveling to warmer climates and hiking in the fells. I’ve proudly completed part of the Camino del Norte from the Pyrenees to Santiago de Compostela, and I’m keen to explore becoming a digital nomad.

My business has been shortlisted for family business awards, and we recently won Retailer Reseller of the Year with our main hardware partner, Terra.
