Michael began his professional journey in the Royal Navy, where he served as an Engineering Technician for eight years. His tenure in the Navy allowed him to travel the globe and collaborate with various naval forces, honing his skills in overcoming language barriers and executing complex engineering tasks. This experience instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and a commitment to excellence.

After his service in the Royal Navy was cut short unexpectedly, Michael transitioned into the motor industry, where he spent over six years in various management roles. His extensive experience in this sector equipped him with a deep understanding of fleet operations and vehicle acquisition processes. Driven by a desire to provide businesses with flexible options for acquiring vehicles, he founded Lakeland Fleet Management Limited in 2017. His vision is to cater to businesses of all sizes, whether they operate a single vehicle or manage a fleet of 100, ensuring that each client receives personalised and efficient service.
