Claire is an award winning HR professional and following a highly successful HR career across various sectors she founded Realise HR. She began her journey with the Royal Bank of Scotland in Edinburgh, then advanced to managing small HR teams within global companies. Eventually, she transitioned into HR Director roles, where she concentrated on strategic people planning and building effective teams to drive company growth. Her strengths include transformation and change, strategic and operational HR, HR technology, employee engagement, and company culture. Claire is an established Non-Executive Director and currently sits on the Dumfries & Galloway college board. On weekends, Claire enjoys traveling and indulging in good food to unwind.
